Cinematic Bites is a zine that is “dedicated to all the people who love movies and food.” It explores iconic food scenes in film, where gastronomy acts as a metaphor and a narrative device. This project examines the emotional and symbolic roles of various foods in cinema, capturing how they convey memory, mood, and meaning. Through a mix of stills, essays, and visual storytelling, the zine reflects on the connection between what we see on screen and how it makes us feel, celebrating the magic of movies through the lens of what’s on the table.
