Music for Airports
Instructor: Elliot Walker
A redesign of Brian Eno’s ‘Ambient 1: Music for Airports,’ this design focuses on translating the ambient nature of Eno’s music into visual perception. Reflecting the abstract, yet calm, “white noise-like” audiotracks, the cover design aims to convey the same emotions experienced by listeners in a physical manner. Along with the main album cover, I created a special limited edition version as well as four individual designs for each track that reflected their own ‘color’ and mood.
